By using the CalmTide Codeworks website, catalog, or learning materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
2. Educational purpose
Our courses provide educational information, exercises, and project guidance. They do not guarantee employment, income, certification, grades, or a particular technical result. Your progress depends on your own time, practice, context, and decisions.
3. Orders and local cart
The current cart is a front-end demonstration and does not process payment or create enrollment. Where paid services are offered through a connected service, the displayed pricing, payment terms, cancellation rules, and receipt terms will apply at the time of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute protected materials, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
5. Intellectual property
CalmTide Codeworks owns or licenses the website design, written course material, brand elements, and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use authorized learning material for personal or separately licensed team learning. Your original project code remains yours unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
6. Third-party tools and links
The website may refer to third-party tools or resources. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before use and keep credentials, keys, and personal information secure.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. To the extent allowed by law, CalmTide Codeworks is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website or educational materials.
